We are currently finalising parking arrangements with landowner allocating one of his fields for Redhill Fields. Full information on event parking, drop-off and pick-up points will be published before the event.

Please do not park on surrounding roads or verges unless specifically directed to do so by the Redhill Fields event team.

We are currently exploring a shuttle service between East Midlands Parkway and Redhill Fields. The site is very close to the station, with walking taking 5-7 mins. We are looking at alternative options to help. This is not yet confirmed. If introduced, times, collection points and any charges will be published here.

The nearest railway station is East Midlands Parkway, at Ratcliffe-on-Soar. The Midland Main Line runs from London St Pancras International north to Sheffield, with a separate branch to Nottingham, serving major key stops like Luton, Bedford, Leicester, and Derby

Yes. We are working with independent food vendors to provide food for all tastes throughout the event, including a variety of options.

Redhill Fields is an outdoor field-based venue, so some areas may have uneven or grass terrain. We want to make the event as welcoming and accessible as possible. Detailed accessibility information, including accessible toilets, arrival/drop-off arrangements and assistance, will be published once final arrangements are confirmed.
